I am Abby, Ph.D. in Economics, currently a teaching assistant professor at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. My primary research interests are Industrial Organization, Law and Economics, and the Economics of Crime.
My Cybercrime paper has been published in the Journal of Legal Studies and the Contest Design paper in Games. I am currently working on papers regarding the U.S. Stand-Your-Ground law and the NWA housing market using a diff-in-diff approach and logit models (nested and random coefficient).
I am a certified Python user. I mainly use Python and STATA for web scraping, data cleaning and analysis, and MATLAB to construct theoretical and econometrics models and simulations.
